Password Reset

Use this form to reset a forgotten password.

If you know your password, you can login to your account and change it. But if you have forgotten your password, this form will generate a new RANDOM password and email it to the email address in your account profile. We are not able to retrieve your password because passwords are encrypted (actually, one-way hashed to be specific) on the server.

If your registered email address is no longer active then you will need to request us update your email address. Do so through the Support Ticket system.
