About: The squash ladder code is under continual development to help provide a better method for ranking members and finding new squash partners of comparable level. The ranking algorithm uses the results you submit for your matches to award ladder points. Basically you gain (lose) more points for a significant win (loss) and fewer points for a close win (loss). Additionally, you gain more points for beating a much better player than for someone ranked closer to your level. This allows your ranking to quickly catch up to the level of players which you are at least as good as. Login to your account and go to My Ladder to join the ladder. You can find more detailed information on the ladder ranking algorithm here and try the Elo Calculator to simulate the ranking outcome of matches.
