| Q. After submitting my squash club membership details, how long does it take for my account to be approved by the captain? |
| A. After you have added the details of your squash membership to your account, the captain is sent an email with your request. Once the captain approves your account you will be able to make bookings online. Approval of your account may happen within hours but sometimes may take up to a day or two (depending on how busy the captain is and how regularly she is able to check her email). Please be patient and only email us to check the status of your account if you have not heard back from us within 3 days. |
