Q. Somebody placed a booking with my account without my permission...
A. This is likely an accident and in most cases we suggest you simply cancel the booking. However, if this has happened on more than one occasion it may be that a member is trying to get around some of the booking restrictions (i.e. trying to book more than one court per day or trying to avoid paying the guest booking fee). We do not tolerate abuse of the system and such abuses have a cost to all members of the club. If you think that someone is taking advantage of the system, please let us know and we will investigate the situation.

We do not tolerate abuse of the rules or facilities and any member who abuse the system will be banned without warning.
