Using the Site
Q. I forgot my password!
A. To generate a new password go to the reset password page or follow the links on the website. If you forgot your password, this page allows a new one to be randomly generated for you and emailed to the email address on record. We can not retrieve your passwords (as they are encrypted). Generating a new one is the only method for lost passwords.

Once you receive your new password by email, you can log into your account and change it to something easier to remember.
