| Q. My membership has expired. How do I renew? |
| A. To renew your membership you must will need to purchase a new membership to the squash club. Then you need to request that this membership policy be added to your Squash-Central account. To do so, follow the links in My Account -> My Memberships or go directly to http://lse.squash-central.com/myaccount/addmembership.php to access the form. (You should only ever have one Squash-Central account so do not create a new one.) After you submit your request, it needs to be approved by the gym. Please allow them a day or two to get around to it approving it. If you have not had a response within a two days then open a Support Ticket and we'll help to track down the problem. Once your request has been approved you will have the new membership privileges on your account and will be able to continue placing bookings online. |
