| Q. How do I make a court booking for myself and a Guest? |
| A. You can buy Account Credits from the LSE gym at the rate of 50 credits per £1. These credits will be applied to your Squash-Central.com account and are then used to cover any applicable booking fee. For the 2010/11 academic year the booking fee is 125 credits (£2.50) for bookings placed against the generic guest account. However, if your guest creates his/her own account and requests the guest membership policy be added to that account, these bookings will be 100 credits (£2). Further, it also allows your guest to buy his/her own credits in order to share the costs of bookings with him/her. Please see the related links for more information on your guest having his/her own account. Please see a member of staff in the gym to purchase credits. A confirmation email should be automatically emailed to you for your records but we suggest you also obtain the reference number for the transaction in case of any problems. You can log into your account any time to see your credits balance and transactions. Follow the links to My Credits. Please note that there are some restrictions on the Account Credits. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. They will expire after six months from the last top-up. If you need to cancel a guest booking the credits will only be partially refunded depending on the amount of notice provided before the booking time. |
