Q. When logging in I see a message that says I logged in successfully but then shows the login screen over and over again. Why is the system not accepting my login?
A. This site requires cookies to be enabled on your browser.

Cookies are enabled on most browsers by default. You will have problems logging in if your browser does not accept cookies from this site. When you log in successfully, the cookie keeps track of your session so that the server recognises your account and gives you access to your account content.

Again, cookies should be enabled by default on most browsers. If you are continually presented with the log-in form, check your browser settings. For example, in Firefox, click on "Tools" > "Options". From the "Privacy" menu select "Cookies" and ensure that "Allow sites to set cookies" is ticked. (There are alternative ways of allowing cookies from only particular sites such as the list of "Exceptions" in your browser's options.)
