| Q. What is the difference between a Squash-Central account and a squash club membership? |
| A. Your Squash-Central account identifies you. It is where we store basic information such as your name and email address. You only need to create one Squash-Central account. That means, if you used this site previously, you should not register again. After you have created your Squash-Central account, you will separately need to add a membership policy to your account. The membership policy is what gives you permission to place bookings. During 2009/10 and previous years, when you become a member of the squash club you were given a membership card. You then had to add the details on this membership card to your Squash-Central account. From 2010/11, the procedure has changed slightly. You will no longer be issued with a membership card. Instead, when you join the squash club (via the LSESU website) your name gets added to the squash club's database. You just need to login to your squash-central.com account and request the correct "membership policy" to be added to your account (no membership number required). Once the gym compares your request against their records and approves your request you will be sent a notification email and your booking privileges will be live. |
